It's very interesting and well researched. It's high time cricket authorities in India take note of it. I am neither a professional cricketer nor a sport psychologist but a fan of cricket. Two cricketers who were very promising and played very attractive game are in a sorry state. The general perception is that of earning too much at very young age and unable to handle glitz associated with the game and fell into activities and lost the focus and game. Maybe they couldn't cope up with demands of the game and expectations of peers and fans and landed in their present state. Cricket authorities in India should address this issue urgently before more sports persons are affected.
