Is this anything?'s avatar

As someone who isn't present on any socials, would it be too uncle-y of me to confess that I am confounded by how quickly Virat and Rohit retired? What was happening there? Top gossipy of me to have this thought?

This was fabulous as usual. Kitna badhiya likhte jaa rahe ho yaar tum.

It just struck me that with this win, Gautam Gambhir has won more SENA tests as a coach than as a player 😀

Jokes apart, I don't know why we need three all-rounders playing in an XI. Surely NKR goes out and we bring in Arshdeep / Kuldeep for the Lord's slope?

Ahaha. That Napier innings is still amongst his most cherished knocks.

About the team, I'm hearing they're flying in Vijay Shankar. Siraj is tired, so maybe a rest is due, and they want to play Shankar. I made that up, but for a second, you kind of believed what you were reading, didn't you? xD They really should ditch the extra all-rounder - who they don't use - for Kuldeep/Arshdeep, but we know how it will pan out.

Also, FWIW the Napier game was a draw. It was the previous game that we won.

Oh yes, mentioned Napier because GG and same series. Was some Test batter then.

You had me for a moment there, and then I thought why Mr. 3D instead of Shivam Dube. 😀

Win or no win, I don't get why Kuldeep didn't play. That India won this game with effectively 10 players, suggests luck went their way.

100%. It was insane to not play Kuldeep. Especially when the glaring problem at Headingley was a lack of bite in the bowling.
